We appreciate you being so flexible and understanding during another trying year!
As we are a health care service, for your health and safety we will be continuing to do our best at keeping the surgery as safe as possible by asking you to;
- Check in with the QR code
- Wear a mask in the waiting room
- Wash your hands on arrival
- Have only one carer/parent/guardian attend for their dependant’s appointment
As of 4th January 2022, we are also asking you to;
- Show your vaccination certificate or a Negative Covid-19 PCR test result in the last 72 hours when you arrive for your appointment
Please remember, you must reschedule your appointment if you;
- Have any cold or flu-like symptoms, cough, sore throat, sneezing in the last 48 hours
- Had an upset tummy in the last few days
- Had a loss of taste or smell in the last few days
- Have been advised you are a close contact in the last 14 days
- Have been in contact with a known positive case in the last 14 days & have not returned a negative PCR test
- Are waiting for your results of a Covid-19 test
- Are waiting for clearance from NSW health after contracting Covid-19
If you are feeling unwell or have any of the above symptoms, you should get tested for Covid-19 and isolate until negative.
